Preparation:
First, wash and stem the strawberries. Chop 175g of the berries into pieces. Add 20g of sugar, lemon juice, and blend.

Mix mascarpone, cottage cheese, yogurt, 50 g sugar, lemon zest and vanilla sugar.

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold in. Fold the strawberry puree into the cream mixture. Transfer to a bowl and chill.

Cut the remaining strawberries in half and sprinkle with sugar, then set aside to blend. Arrange them on top of the cream and garnish.
