450 g natural yogurt (3.6% fat)
800 g strawberries
2 packets vanilla sugar
Preparation
How to prepare: First, wash the strawberries and remove the green stems. (Set 4 strawberries aside for decoration).

Blend the remaining strawberries with a hand blender and mix well with the yogurt and vanilla sugar.

Then pour the cream into glasses and decorate with the reserved strawberries.

Strawberry Dream Ingredients

400 g strawberries (you can also use other fruits)
80 g sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
200 g mascarpone
200 g cottage cheese (reduced fat)
200 g yogurt
Grated zest of ½ lemon
1 packet of vanilla sugar (Bourbon)
125 g heavy cream
