Take a little time for a journey through old kitchens.
There was a time when every kitchen held things that almost no one recognizes anymore. Sheet metal, enamel, wood—solid materials that helped shape everyday life. Many of these tools were, of course, still in use, making cooking, baking, and storage much easier. Here, we take you on a nostalgic tour of the utensils of that era—sometimes curious, sometimes brilliant, and always a piece of history.

Puree, turn, seven: a classic kitchen chore.
The Lotte fleet was a star when it came to velvety soups, applesauce, or tomato sauce. You put fruit or vegetables on top, twisted them, and the bottom came out fine—no electricity needed. Also essential: a meat grinder. With a few twists, a patty became smooth, and with the right attachment, even spray cakes were a success. And before food processors reigned supreme, the flour sifter delivered airy dough: knock, shake, seven—baking flour was ready.
